Electricity is metered on the monthly rate. Prior season rates do not carry over into the next season, with new rates effective May 1st.

Note: In the event a park model home needs to be placed on an RV site, any standing RV reservation may be assigned a different site to accommodate this situation. This includes locked-in reservations.

Standard RV Sites

Elite Sites — Upgraded back-in RV sites. May have fencing for privacy, enhanced landscaping, mountain view or seating area.

Deluxe — These sites are close to amenities and the clubhouse area. Deluxe sites have enhanced landscaping.

Standard — Regular sites are interior lots within walking distance of the clubhouse and amenities. These sites are back-ins and have a concrete pad.
