Water exercise is an easy way for those suffering from joint pain to keep up a fitness routine. By mixing hot springs water with cooler purified water, our recreational pool remains at a constant 90 degrees, a comfortable temperature for active aquatics.

An easy way to exercise in community, water aerobics happen regularly during season. Get a 30 - 45 minute workout in that is easy on the joints.
